On the login page, click “Lost your password?” and follow the email reset process. If you no longer have email access, you can reset the password through phpMyAdmin by editing the wp_users table and updating the user_pass field using MD5 or a plugin method. GHFS Hosting support can point you to the correct database but cannot see your password.
