GHFS Hosting Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction This Web Hosting Agreement ("Agreement") is made between GHFS Hosting ("Provider") and any person or entity ("Customer") who uses our web hosting and domain registration services. By signing up for and/or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided GHFS Hosting agrees to provide website hosting and related services at the agreed-upon price. We are transparent about our pricing and do not impose hidden fees.
3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for monitoring their bandwidth and storage usage. Exceeding limits may require an upgrade or account suspension.

Customers must maintain accurate personal and billing information.

Customers must not use the service for illegal activities, including hosting copyrighted materials without permission.
4. Payments and Renewals

All accounts are prepaid. Payment must be received before services are provided.

If payment is late by 7 days, a $5 late fee applies.

If an account remains unpaid for more than 7 days, services may be suspended.

Annual payments are non-refundable after the initial 30-day money-back period.

GHFS Hosting reserves the right to change pricing with advance notice.
5. Cancellation and Refunds

Customers can cancel at any time; however, refunds apply only within the 30-day money-back guarantee period for new customers.

Refunds are not applicable if an account is terminated due to a violation of this agreement.
6. Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR Compliance)

GHFS Hosting complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Customers' personal data will only be used for account management, security, and legal compliance.

Customers have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data.

A detailed Privacy Policy outlines data handling practices and customer rights.
7. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) Customers agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which includes but is not limited to:

No hosting of illegal content (e.g., child exploitation, terrorism-related materials, illegal software distribution).

No spam, bulk email, or phishing activities.

No activities that threaten network security, such as hacking or DDoS attacks.
8. Server and Network Security

Customers must not attempt unauthorized access to GHFS Hosting systems or other customers' accounts.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

GHFS Hosting cooperates with law enforcement regarding illegal activities.
9. Uptime Guarantee and SLA

We guarantee 99.99% uptime. If uptime falls below:

95% - 99.9%, customers receive a 10% credit.

90% - 94.9%, customers receive a 20% credit.

Below 90%, customers receive a 50% credit.
-

Downtime due to scheduled maintenance, customer actions, or force majeure events does not qualify for credit.
10. Backup Policy

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
-
GHFS Hosting may offer optional backup services, but does not guarantee recovery of lost data.
11. Suspension and Termination GHFS Hosting may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
-
Non-payment beyond 7 days.
-
Legal obligations requiring service suspension.
-
Any activity that threatens network integrity or other customers.
12. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
13. Force Majeure GHFS Hosting is not liable for service interruptions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions, or labor disputes.
14. Amendments

GHFS Hosting reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions.

Continued use of our services after updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
